Have you walked 12,000 to 17,000 steps today?

To lose weight and get fit, a daily steps goal of 12,000 to 17,000 steps/day is helpful. Please do not participate in any walking or fitness program without first consulting with your physician. You are welcome to post your steps here, if you would like to participate in this goal.
